How to Purchase?

You can view the product in the top of the menu according to the classification of leather, handbags and accessories.

 

When you find a product you like, you can choose the color and then press to add the shopping bag.

 

You can use the shopping bag at the top of the page to view products that have been added to your shopping bag. You can change the quantity and remove the product in the shopping bag, and then press to settle the order.

 

Product and image similarities and differences

ENIGMA is committed to ensuring that all product images and descriptions displayed on the website are correct, but the color of the screens of each model may vary. We cannot guarantee that the color accuracy of the products will be completely different. Product images are for reference only, but the description of the product images and the information provided are the status of the product at the time of actual shooting. The company reserves the right to modify the errors and omissions without prior notice.

 

Order

Credit card authorization and proof of address must be confirmed prior to payment. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. If the customer's order is received in the morning, we will process it at noon (Hong Kong time) on the same working day. If the customer's order is received in the afternoon, we will process it within the next working day. If necessary, please contact the Customer Service Specialist at enquiry@enigma.hk. Payment

 

We use credit card, PayPal, Hong Kong/Taiwan/China offline payment as payment method.

 

Credit Card

When making a settlement, fill in the payment information directly. You can check the total amount of the transaction before pressing Pay Now.

 

After the payment is completed, you will be taken back to www.enigma.hk.

 

PayPal

At the time of settlement, you will be transferred to the PayPal website and you can choose to log in or fill in the payment details directly. You can check the total amount of the transaction before pressing Pay Now.

 

Offline payment

When you make a settlement, you will receive offline payment information, and after payment, you can return the receipt document to us to process the order.

 

After the payment is completed, you will be taken back to www.enigma.hk.

Transportation

 

The package is sent by Hong Kong, and we choose the best transportation company according to the amount and destination of the order. Our main logistics partners are Hongkong Post, SF SF Express and UC Business Express. The online tracking number will be sent after the order has been successfully processed.

 

Please note that the price of the product does not include customs duties and all related taxes. You must be responsible for paying the taxes related to the order, such as import duties, sales tax and value-added tax, in the country of delivery. We recommend that you check with your local customs before ordering.

 

Undeliverable order

Some orders will be uncollected due to unknown delivery address, PO Box, hotel address, multiple delivery, recipient refused to pay tax / refused to provide ID card / failed to declare goods or refused by recipient Returned for reasons such as parcels.

When the postal company returns the parcel to us, the ENIGMA online store will charge 50% of the total amount of the goods to cover the loss of freight.

Exchange & Refund

When the customer receives the item, please check if the item is complete. If there is any quality problem, the customer can clearly photograph the defective part of the product and the label on the package within 14 days after signing the product, and upload it to enquiry@enigma by email with the order number and item number. Hk. (Working hour: Mon - Fri 10:00 - 19:00) If it is more than 14 days, no return or refund request will be accepted.

 

Customer satisfaction is our priority project. We will arrange a return for any purchase order under the following conditions:

 

- Purchased items are defective or damaged at the time of arrival

 

- Items that have been sent to the customer are wrong

 

- Purchased items are damaged in transit

 

ENIGMA products are manufactured using only the finest materials, carefully crafted, focused on detail and design and hand-finished to meet the top quality of the ENIGMA trademark, while pure leather dye layers and protective layers keep the leather surface in its natural finish. Microcracks, inconspicuous shadow differences, and natural markings of leather that enhance the quality and uniqueness of materials should not be considered defects. Random, tiny scratches and chromatic aberrations are just some of the identification features of the dermis and should not be considered defects.

 

If within 14 days from the date you receive our item, you can provide sufficient evidence to prove that the item you purchased is not properly described or completely different from our website promotion content, we will only separately refer to the above mentioned These three situations assume responsibility.


All products must be returned in the form they were sold, ie in the form of retained packaging and card labels. If the product has been damaged, modified or damaged, no refund will be given.
